Company Background

Media Chinese International Limited is a leading Chinese-language media platform formed by the successful merger of Ming Pao Enterprise Corporation Limited, Sin Chew Media Corporation Berhad and Nanyang Press Holdings Berhad. The Company is the first entity dual listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (under stock code: 685) and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (under stock code: 5090). Media Chinese is the proprietor of Life Publishers Berhad, the largest Chinese-language magazine publisher in Malaysia, and is the major shareholder of One Media Group Limited (listed on the mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under stock code: 426). Media Chinese's portfolio of media products comprises 5 dailies with a total daily circulation aggregating over 1 million copies, 2 daily free newspapers and over 30 magazine titles in key cities in Southeast Asia, Greater China and North America, serving a vast population of readers with literacy in Chinese-language around the world.
